How soon will I receive my order?
- We generally take 1 to 3 business days to process your order and then 10 to 30 days to deliver it directly to your home depending on the country.
Do you ship all over the world?
- Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide!
Where do you ship your products from?
- Our offices are located in Beverly Hills, California. Our international warehouse is located in Hong Kong.
Some items are missing from my order, what is happening?
- Our products are shipped separately based on your order. If, for example, it contains articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do ?
- We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item at email and we'll send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible. (Not applicable on sale items).
I still have not received my order. What takes so long?
- We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can however trace your order and see where it is at any time. If you feel that you need help tracing your package or want to inquire about it, please contact us by email right away.
Do you have a refund policy?
- We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers experience with their online orders. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course cancel the payment, only if the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of your order.
